When making your reservation, please enter any preferences, special requests or comments in the "Notes and Special Requests" field.
Our team will do their best to accommodate your requests, but all are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
MEALS
Casa Azul Sagres offers rates with buffet breakfast included and rates without breakfast.
Guests with rates without breakfast can add the buffet breakfast at an extra cost and subject to availability.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF ROOMS AND APARTMENTS
The maximum capacity of each room is indicated in its description. Please check this information before booking.
TIMETABLE
Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out: until 11:00
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Check-in is done independently, using access codes. You will receive all instructions by email or WhatsApp on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, it is important to ensure that you have access to the information sent. If in doubt, please contact us in advance.
EXTRA BEDS AND COTTS
One child under the age of 3 can be accommodated free of charge in a cot.
For people over 3 years old, an additional €20 per night will be charged for an extra bed, without breakfast included.
If you would like breakfast for this person, the total cost will be €40 per night (€20 for the bed + €20 for breakfast).
The maximum number of extra beds or cots per room is 1 (except in the Family Room, which allows up to 4 people).
All extra beds or cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us by telephone on +351 282 624 856 or by email at reservas@casaazulsagres.com, indicating your full name, reservation number and dates of stay.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on our premises.
GUARANTEES AND PAYMENTS
Credit card details entered on our website are protected by encryption and are completely secure.
Payment will be made after the end of the free cancellation period or, in the case of non-refundable bookings, at the time of booking.
This policy does not apply to bookings made through tour operators.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please note that in the event of early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged. These cancellation policies do not exempt you from checking your booking. Other cancellation policies may apply to specific rates.
